We know how frustrating it can be when you have to wait for days for your boiler to be repaired. Nobody wants to be stuck without heating and hot water for long – especially in the dead of
winter, when boilers are statistically more likely to malfunction and break down. We hold thousands of euros worth of parts in stock, meaning we can boast a first time fix rate of 80%. If
we don’t have your part, the chances are nobody else will have it either!
Excellent customer service
At Gas Services we believe that professional standards are only half of the package – customer service is just as important. Our engineers are polite, courteous and will get the job done as
quickly as they can, leaving you to get on with your day. We won’t expect you to wait in all morning or afternoon for us to arrive, either. We will give you a much smaller appointment slot,
meaning you don’t have to take a whole day off work just for your boiler service. Additionally, we offer a guarantee that we will be there on time – if we are more than half an hour late for your
appointment slot, we will give you €10.
Labour and parts guarantees
Boiler servicing and repairs don’t always come cheap, and we know our customers need reassurance that their money hasn’t been spent in vain. All of the parts we use are guaranteed for 12 months, meaning that if they fail we will replace them free of charge. Additionally, we offer a 30 day guarantee on labour – so if something goes wrong within 30 days of our initial visit, you
won’t pay a second call out charge. We will always endeavour to save you money, and if it isn’t costeffective to repair your boiler we will provide you with a no obligation quote for a replacement.
Professional engineers
All of our engineers are fully qualified and trained to a high standard, and registered with the RGI for your peace of mind. Gas appliances are very safe, but can be lethal in the wrong hands. Our
