What is a gas boiler certificate?
A gas boiler certificate is a document issued by a registered gas installer (an RGI), to the person who instructed the work to be carried out. This document certifies that the work has been carried out to a minimum standard of safety by the RGI. An RGI can only legally certify their own work.
Both the customer, and the RGII will receive a copy of the gas boiler certificate as proof, and for future reference.
